How your mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems run through the house, where the budget actually goes, what order things happen and why. The goal is simple: mitigate surprises on the job site because we already worked through them during pre-construction.
It takes more time up front. It saves a lot more on the other side.

Iron & Oak was founded on a simple observation: residential construction doesn't get the same level of planning that other large capital projects do. Budgets are vague, schedules are optimistic, and too many decisions get made on the fly. We come from engineering and project management backgrounds, and we bring that discipline to home building.
